1. Scope
Defining the secondary capture IOD in DICONDE to ensure secondary capture modalities such as film digitization (RG) are defined specifically in DICONDE.

Rationale
The secondary capture IOD is not defined in DICONDE unlike computed radiography (CR) or digital x-ray (DX). This is limiting user in controlling digitization of radiographic film since secondary capture defines the digitized film object.
